It serves two purposes: connecting qualified practitioners with NHP to coordinate patient appointments for specialist services; and building NHP's internal anonymised clinical database to track service quality, clinical findings, and patient outcomes across the facility. Every data entry is subject to strict anonymisation — no patient names or contact details are retained in the database.

This programme operates in accordance with the Medical, Dental and Allied Health Professionals Act, 2017 and is subject to oversight by the Medical Council of Tanganyika (MCT) and the Zanzibar Medical Council (ZMC) and the Zanzibar Food and Drugs Agency (ZFDA).

New Hope Polyclinic accepts NHIF and ZHSF. Partners referring insured patients must ensure referrals comply with the respective insurer's pre-authorisation requirements. The Universal Health Insurance Act, 2023 applies.
